Well hello there! I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s super simple coleslaw recipe. I’m back with another quick and easy, semi no-cook recipe! Today’s deliciously smoky Baba Ganoush is so quick to put together, and even quicker to eat!

Vegan Coleslaw
Hey guys! The weather is just starting to warm up and so we’re making a recipe to cool down! This easy vegan coleslaw is so tasty and moreish and an absolute doddle to make. It’s just thinly shredded cabbages with some grated carrot and a vegan dressing. While I don’t want to cause as much controversy as David Beckham with his coleslaw on bangers & mash, I do have to say that I could probably eat coleslaw on almost anything! So, if you’re looking for a delicious coleslaw that can be made quickly, then here you go!
Vegan Fresh Spinach Tagliatelle
I’m back with another fresh and *vegan* pasta recipe! Today I’ll be outlining how I make this soft and light spinach tagliatelle. As with all of my recipes, I hope I’m able to take away the scare factor and break down each stage of pasta-making so you can see how simple and fun it really is! This pasta recipe only contains three ingredients – spinach, water and semolina (or plain flour).
Vegan Chocolate Babka
Hello everyone! I’m back with another recipe as voted for by you! The option for a Vegan Chocolate Babka had the edge over a Cinnamon Babka. While I’m a big fan of both flavours, there is something particularly special about cutting into the melty soft chocolate babka! As always, you can see a step-by-step video guide for this recipe over on our Instagram stories. I’ve split this recipe into two-parts as we want to give our dough a rest in the fridge before we shape fill and bake our babka.
Vegan Red Pepper Pesto
We’re back with another versatile recipe to add to your cache of multi-purpose creations! Today we’ll be making a zesty roasted red pepper pesto! I love to use this pesto stirred into spaghetti, swirled into some hot soup (Soupologie soup, natch), or dolloped generously on a thick and floury ciabatta topped with vegan cheese to create the perfect panini.
Soupologie Profiling – Ancient Grains
Amaranth, flaxseed and millet are the fantastic trio of ancient grains that make up our Ancient Grains soup! So, today I want to give you the low-down on all that these grains have to offer. Our Ancient Grains soup has been a Soupologie classic for quite a few years now. It’s an understated and quietly self-assured soup. The base is a light tomato flavour with a slight nuttiness from the grains. The beans add a soft texture and a beautiful mellow flavour, all seasoned to perfection.
Vegan Tacos
Welcome back everyone! Last weekend we hit a Soupologie milestone and reached over 5,000 followers on our Instagram! As a small family business, we can’t thank you all enough for supporting us and helping us to grow. Today is our first recipe since we hit 5,000 followers and I’d like to cook up some celebratory and lightly spiced tacos for Taco Tuesday! In fact, these tacos are so delicious, you might find yourself eating them other days of the week too!
Kids’ Vegan Chocolate Concrete
I’ve flicked through many cookbooks of all types of cuisines, scrolled through page after page of desserts on Instagram, and watched countless cooking shows! But I hadn’t heard of today’s recipe until earlier this week! A follower of ours mentioned that they used to have this crumbly and chocolatey treat at school. As I had never heard of it, I immediately jumped online to see what I was missing out on!
Soupologie Profiling: 5 A Day Carrot & Butternut with a Hint of Chilli
Today we’ll be diving headfirst into a bowl of 5 A Day Soup! The orange hues and sweet fragrance of our Carrot & Butternut soup (with a hint of chilli!) captures all the earthy goodness that this soup has to offer in a perfect balance between sweet & spicy. Our 5 A Day Carrot & Butternut with a Hint of Chilli is one of our fruitier soups, so read on to find out exactly why it’s just so good for us!
